Frivolous Lawsuits

Frivolous Lawsuits... And Vaccine Injury...

In the fall of 2003, Bill Frist - who heads the US Senate - outraged the autism community when he referred to lawsuits pertaining to the autistic as "frivolous lawsuits".

Bill Frist is heir to one of the largest for profit hospital chains in the world. Perhaps it is his "healthcare profits" that are being hindered and the true reason behind his push to "cap" healthcare damages awarded in lawsuits.

The Bush administration is trying to insert provisions under the guise of "Homeland Security" that would protect the pharmaceuticals from ALL vaccine injury lawsuits.

Well.. think twice folks... because if vaccine injury includes not only autism, but things like schizophrenia, Alzheimer's, Gulf War Syndrome, diabetes, cancer and potentially many, many other disorders, maybe there is a reason that the administration wants to "cap" those "frivolous lawsuits"... because they may know exactly what is truly involved when it comes to matters of vaccine injury. Scientists are tying more and more of these disorders to vaccines... and it will be a tragic day indeed when the pharmaceuticals have complete financial protection or accountability for what, in my opinion, is a healthcare catastrophe that has been CAUSED by them!

The pharmaceuticals now make hundreds of billions each year - literally - perhaps it is time indeed that they were forced to start paying for the damage that, in my opinion, they have caused! Do I expect justice in this world for those who have been vaccine injured... no... but there will ABSOLUTELY be justice... and when it comes... it will be fair, complete... and final!

You should know that you yourselves are God's temple. God's Spirit lives in you.
